Final Sale and Non-refundable Items
- All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or if the incorrect item was received.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Items ordered incorrectly or mistakes made by the customer are not eligible for return.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for eligible items.

Refunds
