Final Sale and Non-refundable Items

  • All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or if the incorrect item was received.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Items ordered incorrectly or mistakes made by the customer are not eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact customer service at fhclothingapparel@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for eligible items.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
